Hi Guys,
Came on a debian etch server this weekend that I've been asked to
spruce up. I know that I can't directly upgrade it to squeeze, that
I'd have to upgrade to lenny first, but will that work? Are the
installation sources still valid for lenny now that it has been
shelved?
For sanity sake, I'll do a hand migration of data and services to a
new server first, but would like to give the two step upgrade a shot
anyway for curiosity sake, just not sure that it is possible to
upgrade etch to lenny now given that any lenny server I come on can't
update squat without a ton of errors or without upgrading to squeeze.
Harry.
