So, this one is best answered as restrict sending of posts to subscribed
members. I am not sure of the exact phrasing since I left admin'ing
mailman about 2 years ago but this should be under the general settings.

Not 100% sure of what you want to do here, if you use postfix, you could
filter that directly there like this:
main.cf:
header_checks = regexp:/etc/postfix/header_checks.cf
headers_check.cf:
/^From: .*security at microsoft.com/ REJECT
