[ILUG] PHP errors.

Good afternoon,

Could someone point me in the right direction please?  I think this error has presented itself because of a dependency that has been removed that shouldn't be required but I'm not entirely sure what is pointing to it.
APC is not installed.

Here is the ming.ini file:
# configuration for php MING module
extension=ming.so

This error  has been generated 1310 times since the 6th of February so it's becoming a bit of an irritation.

Any ideas?
