I'd probably do:
find /nfs/yum/i386/16/_local/packages/ -type f ! \( -name 'bleachbit*' -o -name 'mousepad*' \) |
xargs -r rm
For testing, one can just remove the 'rm'
and `xargs` will echo the parameters.
