[ILUG] Call log tracking system suggestions

Hi all,

I am looking for a simple web based OSS system to track calls that I place
to  vendors for sw and hw issues. I don't need anything fancy like a full
blown help desk system like OTRS.  Just a simple MySQL or similar back end
grafted on a web based front end that will allow me to look at call
histories.

Any suggestions?
