not 100% sure of your TV's browser abilities, but you could try pointing it
at http://www.rte.ie/player/#
some (non irish produced) material might be geo-locked to ireland

other services you might look at include
http://www.channel4.com/programmes/4od/ and http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/tv

to view geo-locked material you need to route your viewing through a proxy
in the country you want to "view"..  take a look at the cutely named
http://hidemyass.com/ for more info.
