It has gone end of life -
http://lists.debian.org/debian-security-announce/2011/msg00238.html
So it has probably been pulled from the main debian repository.
You could use http://archive.debian.org/debian/dists/lenny/ as an
interim step before moving to a supported version of debian (squeeze).
