[ILUG] FLOSS support for SME

[ILUG] FLOSS support for SME

There are some pretty good products out there.

Ones that spring to mind are Zentyal (Debian/Ubuntu based) and
ClearOS(RedHat/CentOS based). Then there are also all kinds of cloud
deployment tools and packages for CMS and CRM's (and everything else).

Your script idea sounds interesting - any more details?

Deployment is part of the chain. SMB's are also looking for support,
training, customisation and localisation, disaster recover, backup
strategies, etc. People also like having a real person they can sit down
and discuss their requirements with - locally.
