summary is it's 200K lines of code on windows and is Microsoft
access based, and the government don't even have the source.

On a general note why do the government continue
to give large contracts to international companies?
(who don't do a good job IMHO (look at pulse (garda) for e.g.)).
What about supporting Irish companies for a change
(lincor would be a good choice in this case IMHO).
