[Midlands] how do I update my RH 9 since it's no longer supported?

[Midlands] how do I update my RH 9 since it's no longer supported?

When I use the RH network for RH9 i396 it just brings back a message
that my system is fully updated. I know RH stopped supporting RH9 some
time ago, and they only have paid services now.

So how am I supposed to update anything without moving to a fee-based
service? (e.g. if I want to update my kernel? software packages?)

Does it mean I have to now update each program individually? Or change
distribution? (But the company who set up our server a few years ago
said they only work with RH--no idea whether their policy has since
changed.)
