You'd climb the walls like me. The netcafe and AIT wireless are ok for
sending urgent emails or grabbing a driver or what-not but I'm seriously
missing the ability to refer to google, wikipedia, IMDB etc. at whim.

Terrance rented house. Shouldn't be a problem really. I have permission
from the landlord to get the phone line in or have a box on the roof. I
actually applied to eircom for a new line when I moved in but gave them
an old contact phone number. I'll try again if digiweb shrugs at me.

Main machine is about 150km away. It'd probably be fine for the WIntel
laptop but I don't plan to use that for the rest of the year.
