Yup.  The pub is at the junction of Abbey Street and Jervis street -
coming from Temple Bar, say, you go across the Ha'penny bridge, continue
north up Liffey Street to Abbey Street, turn left at the weird
"educational software" shop, and about two blocks up towards Capel
Street, the pub's on your left.

I'll be there from 7ish; and I might bring a small Tux so's people know
we're us.

Bar closes at 11:30, I think.  ICBW, though - they have been known to be
open late in the past.
