Get with the times. Honestly. DNS and the Web are inseparable now.
If you think otherwise then you need a crash-course in marketing, branding,
trademarking, and intellectual property issues on the web.

You've yet to explain why someone should be PREVENTED from putting up a
'moronic fan site' with it's own domain name. Try to see beyond your
