[ILUG-Social] Pre-AGM Meeting

[ILUG-Social] Pre-AGM Meeting

Ross Lynch kernel at esatclear.ie
Thu Nov 25 22:20:58 GMT 1999

Hey all,

Plans are slowly forming for an Official EGLU Meeting next week. This would
be a 'pre-AGM' meeting and hopefully any points anyone sees prudent to bring
up could be brought up for finalisation at the AGM. This sounds much more
official than it probably will be!

One of EGLU's prime objective at the moment is to bring _all_ Galway Linux
Users into contact with each other, so please do come along if possible. As
far as venue is concerned, I was thinking of Rabbits pub (across from the
train station). I was also thinking early in the week, maybe Monday/Tuesday
at 8pm or so. Of course none of this is written in stone, and we'll try to
accomadate as many people as possible.

Any suggestion on the above are welcome of course, as are any topics anyone
feels need to be discussed.

BTW: Since I'm cc'ing this to ILUG Social I'll just mention that you DO NOT
by any means need to be an EGLU member to come along. All interested in
Linux are welcome.

Thanks,
Ross Lynch
