64.28.66.203 is the very last hop before the server itself. Could be they're
blocking ICMP sporadically, could be the machine is down sporadically. No big
deal. Traceroutes are far from ultimate truth; are web/smtp/whatever
connections also failing at the same time?
FWIW I made a web connection to freshmeat.net from Esat Clear last night.
