I've heard that wrist rests only make it easier to type incorrectly or
in a bad position. (Jamie what's 'is name from Netscape wrote up a few
pages on this, I have it at home but no URL)
Take a look at http://www.lcdf.org/xwrits/ and force yourself to stop
typing every 40-50 minutes for 5 minutes. Go downstairs, walk around.
anything but sitting at your desk writing or typing. It helps a bit.
That and take a holiday away from computers if you can!
