Yep, I went to one in the Blackrock clinic; he was OK-ish, as far as I can
tell. It's hard to know unfortunately because (a) he did that typical
medical consultant "doctor knows best" thing and was quite frugal with the
details, and (b) as an old codger around from the days before computers,
he didn't believe in RSI at all. Ghod only knows what he'd make of this
exchange of emails then ;)
I'm considering going to another one, as after 1.5 years of following his
advice I still have continual twinges and the occasional pain when I
overdo it, and I'm still wearing these poxy wristbands.
Oh yeah BTW I forgot one other helpful thing to do -- frequent breaks, 10
minutes an hour. Cigs are handy for reminding you of this ;) -- there's
also an app called xwrits (sic).
