I'm getting increasingly ticked off and have been looking around to see who 
does it better. NIB have a couple of 'free' account types, although the full 
featured one isn't available from the word go. On a standard order between my 
personal account and our joint one (both with BOI, different branches) BOI 
charge me a withdrawal and lodgment charge on each transaction.
