And if you thought that was bad, try waiting more than 10 (ten) business
days for a £700 *cash* lodgment in one BOI branch to "clear" into my a/c in
another !! And then they wanted to charge me for the privilege !!
The electronic transaction would have taken, ooh, about 5 seconds on a C=64
(Considering most banks still use state of the ark computers ...) so I can't
understand what they were doing with the money (although I can hazard a
guess that they were using it to make more for themselves). I am / was not a
happy camper. Customer service were worse than useless as well, bouncing me
from Jane to Mary to Alice (A!wtfiA?)*
