1. This really isn't the place for political propoganda.
2. Targeting systems use exact locations specified by longitude &
latitude. Even the idea of a US president accidentally double-clicking
on "Ireland" instead of "Iraq" is ludicrous. The president doesn't key
in any data. If Bush did decide to nuke Iraq, military strategists
would decide where to hit and when, and all of this data would be
entered into the system. The president's interaction with the system
is to "push the red button" an act that also requires the cooperation of
military personnel.
