ISTR reading that under american law if one doesn't vigorously defend
one's trademark, one may lose it. I take this to mean that one has
to persecute *everybody*. (*)
Perhaps if we could /patent/ the use of the four letters `I', `L', `U'
and `G' in referring to a group of like-minded (or not) people, that'd
be interesting. AIUI, one /can/ be totally arbitrary in who one persecutes
over abuse of a patent...
