If you're happy with AIB's authentication, you'll be grand (see messages passim
for various rants on this subject). I don't think there's a better online service, and
they've just added a funky 'variable credit card number' thingy for secure
transactions. Sadly, it doesn't run under Linux.[1]
Regarding charges: they've taken to refunding mine; I think this is part of
their 'minimum balance and we won't charge' policy, but I'm not sure; my minimum
balance was more minimum than allowed for a while. Who knows? Maybe they're
turning into nice people.


[1]I enquired about this, and was assured that they intend to have a linux
version (you need to download a program to use it). They wanted to get it up and
running for Windows first (understandable, I suppose).
