That's AIB's standard ATM usage charge. Cheaper than the 24p

Ulster Bank & BOI are also doing web-based banking. BOI seem to be the
farthest ahead in terms of what you can manage from the web, and in ease
of use IMHO.

You'd be better off deciding for yourself on the basis of the what the
banks are offering as well as the linux.ie archives. I'd say give the
banks a ring and get each of them to send out brochures on their
service.
Or make a list with the facilities that you require, ring each bank in
turn and compare them.
