No they're not! Well, I've never actually made one, so maybe I'm making
that up, but I'm pretty sure you don't need raw eggs.
I thought all cheesecake was unbaked. Over here at least. Maybe it's
different in the states with all their fancy foreign food. I'd never
even heared of baked cheesecake until Kevin came bounding over all
excited to tell me that he'd found a recipe for no-bake cheesecake.
