Two things.
Firstly, those of you who believe unbaked cheesecake is king haven't had a
baked cheesecake from a small italian bakery in New York called "La
Cheesecake". When I say small, I mean physically - they provide baked
cheesecake for half of NY.
Secondly, a friend in NY did actually see deep-fried cheesecake on a menu
once, but in deference to his arteries, he skipped it.
