Get yourself a quiet PSU, quiet CPU (& case if necessary) fan and a
sound-proofing box for your disk.
The CPU fan alone made a huge difference to my machine (although
my disk is already very quiet when not seeking).
It seems to be a pretty small business and the guy that runs it
seems dead sound (from email conversations). Support the small guy!
