Thats one of the many free eircom.net dialup nodes (adelade road)

They claim that you should be able to get 128k out of it, but afaik they are
having problems with doing 128k at the larger nodes.

If you feel like dialing into athlone you can get 128k there :)

there is only ONE Free ISDN Dialup  I know of ,ISDN Dialup Access that is
eircom In dublin ???

you will get 64k for free ,but will have to pay for 128K
hope I am wrong.
