[ILUG-Social] WinXP RC1 source available for download

Hi all,

Don't know how many of you know this already but apparently as of last night 
an iso containing the source of WinXP RC1 has been available for download on 
Conxion(sp?), due no doubt to a screw-up on somebody's part.

I wondered if MS sued someone for mirroring this, would the code then get 
read into the record of the case, and thereby come into the public domain?

That would be a nice twist of fate,
