Argos do some Betacom cheapies (£110 for 2 plus base station and charger
when I bought them), they are quite well featured, with speakerphone
facility and all your usual stuff, and they are not bad quality wise.
You could get them, try them for 14 days, and if you don't like them, you
could return them, thanks to Argos's 14 day money back thingy.

P.S I don't work for any of the above yadda yadda yadda........

Subject: [ILUG-Social] Cordless Phones
'Allo,
Anyone have any recommenations for cordless phones? I've had three of the
Siemens one's that seem to be the main contenders on the Irish market, and
they're all been fine. Time has come for a new one and I'm just wondering if
there's better out there? Small is good. Features are good.
Cheers,
-Ross
