actually if anyone is in/visiting galway, i frequently cook spicy food
(typically mexican).  i've made kenn sweat from a fajita or two, and the
only thing that stops me from making chili reguarly is the fact that i
can't eat a pot all on my own withing a week (which is the lifespan of
a pot - longer it gets scary).  i'll cook anything except eggs (you'd
need to do that yourself)

also, every room has an ethernet jack (though i need to fix one) so if
people want a galway quake session, there's a spot.
