Yup, mailreaders that have threading support that I know of are Mutt,
Evolution and (if I remember correctly) the mailreader in Netscape/Mozilla.
Newsreaders with threading support are slrn and Pan.
This is not a complete list, I've only listed those threaded mail/news readers
I'm most familiar with. Searching on freshmeat and Google should point
you in the direction of others.
