Yup, mailreaders that have threading support that I know of are Mutt[1],
Evolution[2] and (if I remember correctly) the mailreader in Netscape/Mozilla.
Newsreaders with threading support are slrn[3] and Pan[4].

This is not a complete list, I've only listed those threaded mail/news readers
I'm most familiar with.  Searching on freshmeat[5] and Google[6] should point
you in the direction of others.
