So this could be applied to everything then. It might seem to an
individual that it is OK to beat the living daylights out of someone
after coming out of a pub, but that doesn't mean it is right, does it?
I think that sure, a lot of people do use cannabis occasionally, and it
does no harm. But I do remember in college, there were a few people who
started on cannabis, and it became a stepping stone to harder drugs.
The same is true for alcohol and tobacco as well, they can be just the
start of substance abuse.
