Well, there's your problem. Unlike tobacco, you can grow hash easily and
cheaply in Ireland. The reason it's illegal is because taxation would be
unenforceable, since people would be growing it in their back gardens.
Also - you don't have to smoke - "special" brownies and cakes are a healthy
alternative :-)
