Are you talking about the stuff they sell around here that contains
dissociatives (too tired to think of spelling), Robitussin, or opiates
like Cosylan? ;)
The latter is common in Norway (prescription only, but relatively cheap;
dosage is about the same as codeine for a "high"); side-effects usually
include not being able to enter a car, fortunately. People on
dissociatives might *think* they're able to drive. Then again, I haven't
heard of much cough syrup abuse in Europe. Yet.
