I'm no road safety expert, but I think if you add things like "Driving while
tired", "Driving while in an emotional state", "Driving while clueless as to
how to drive" and "Driving unsafe cars" then the more politically incorrect
"Drunk Driving" and "Speeding" etc would seem to be rather minor
contributors to road accidents.

Also, IMHO, the government has a big part to play in road deaths due to the
lack of proper roads (ie anything other than a dual lane motor way) linking
the cities.

Oh... let see... the connection to Linux is........... emmmmmmmmmmm... ya..
there is a linux box in my car.
