the bar in the Trinity Capital hotel on Pearse St. is always pretty quiet as well. The Westin on
Westmoreland st. looks like it's open as well (you know, the one they've been building for the last
3 years or so), I'd say the bar in there might be worth a look as well. I'll check it out sometime
soon (for research purposes, of course).
