The ILUG mail system filters about 95% of incoming spam already ... if you
saw the amount of stuff that does get stopped ...
In essence there is never a hard-and-fast way of stopping all spam without
causing undue burden on the mail system admin. In this case since the ILUG
committee (and postmaster) are unpaid, we cannot afford the time and energy
to manually approve _all_ emails to the lists ...
