Only you have to pay for a "service person" to come out and fit them. So,
if, like me, your washing machine's detergent drawer is broken, you have
two choices... a) pay EUR58 for a new drawer or b) get the drawer "free"
under the parts warranty and pay EUR85 for a "technician" to come out to
diagnose and fit it. I'd be pretty much inclined to disregard the "Free
Parts" warranty as a selling point myself.
