Has anyone actually managed to get a quote for hardware from dell inside
a month? (1 server, 2 desktops, 3 printers)
I have been told they have problems sending emails and faxes at the
moment (or did on friday)
Obviously I would like my client to use Dell cos I have always found the
hardware reliable, and the support aspect is important for them, but
they dont seem to want any business.
Anyone got an inside contact that may actually reply inside a day?
