It is just your paranoia.
Even Eircom does not want to get their customers killed in car accidents,
thus not being able to pay any more bills. The legislation was passed
Europe-wide, so the Eircom-Influence can be ruled out.
Not that I mean paranoia is a Bad Thing. Jusst not this time :-)
