[ILUG-Social] broadband interviews on RTE

With a hefty equipment deposit, a cap on downloads, bad upload, and woeful
latency(that MAY not matter to downloaders), I will be waiting for DSL.

I take this opportunity to thank Eircom to provide me the excuse to use the
3rd last word in my previous paragraph.
