You can also add some very effective RBLs that are not configured for use by
default in SA.

Using these, running 2.61, training the bayes and adding some suitable
custom filters we are seeing spam identification rates approaching 99.36%,
with almost zero false positives.

Are you training SA at all? Do you have the latest SA? I get almost the same
amount of spam as you do, but only 1-2 (if that!) gets through to my MUA.

Hmm, just noticed that SA 2.61 is out! I think I only have 2.6
