2.61 is recommended, since it contains a fix for some MS craziness
(Outlook 2003 no longer generates Message-IDs).

But regarding the spam on the ILUG lists -- one problem is that
these lists remove HTML text parts if there's a text/plain available,
and some recent spammers are using a spamtool that generates a
text/plain part full of random words and nothing else -- the spam
payload is in the text/html part, which is stripped.

So these are all getting past our spamfilters I think, because the
most spammy bits are being stripped.
