Yeah the install fest would be a really good idea, the more experienced linux users could show us a in a way few tips and tricks.
As for the website maybe a chat-room to discuss linux issues and problems.
Also to put together tutorials for differnt task would be pretty kul. And maybe also if tats not possible to set up a permanent room on irc.linux.ie. I could probably go all day long so ill leave it there for the moment.
