[Webdev] PHP Resource Index

[Webdev] PHP Resource Index

In case people weren't aware (I wasn't), the PHP Resource Index went live a
couple weeks ago. This is by the same people who did the CGI Resource Index,
which originally spawned from Matt's Script Archive (and who hasn't been
there?), and was the best damn CGI resource out there. I used to *live* at the
CGI Resource Index a couple years ago, and if the PHP version is anything like
as good, it'll be bloody handy, particularly if you're just starting with PHP.
It's quite funny at the moment really - there's no banner ads running there yet,
and nearly all of the scripts are free and GPL'd. How long can it last huh? :)

PS. I *really* don't know why we didn't call this list IEPHPUG! :)
