[Webdev] [Apache] Mod User Track

Has anyone ever enabled the mod user track thingy on Apache and if so what
is the sytax. As a footnote I think they should always include an example
with the docs. I have tried followwing the docs but I seem to be missing
something.

Anyhow thanks
Aj
