Totally agree althought Dreamweaver is much better a site management, you
still can beet Pico!

I am looking for one too but as yet I still have not found one. Although I
could suggest http://www.iact.ie the may have something but they will
probally start with DreamWeaver as well, but their courses are quite good.
If he jsut needs to learn the basics (And I thought I'd never say this!) But
there are some excellent websites with all the references. But don't get him
to read HOWTO's or manuals as they can be daunting. Perhaps as part of web
dev we could come up with a few tutorials someday and post them. Maybee set
him a few questions after a week of studiny it. But this depends on how much
of a good friend he is or not.
