Summary: Aolserver rocks to the world compared to apache/zope
Just for curiousity I just tried a vaguely similar benchmark with
apache_2.0a4, and out of the box with the default httpd.conf and it's
getting v. close to aolserver.
My quickie benchmark gave.....
Apache_2.0a4
50 concurrent users
700 requests
0.854 seconds to process
819.67 requests per second
1380.33 kb/s transfer rate
Bear in mind this was on a PII-350/160mb RAM, might try it on a beefier
later on, just to satisfy idle curisity :)
