Hell they probably couldn't get cheap bandwidth in Europe's E-Hub
Capital.

Con Scanlon of Eircom's ESOT claimed that the difference between the
Valentia deal and the eIsland deal was peanuts. Considering what they
were dealing with, at least the currency is right! :->
