You've lost me a bit there, you'd have one frameset, two frames. The
smaller frame reloads every few seconds from a script on the server.
Lynx should ignore the frames and I'll leave it up to yourself to figure
that one out. Perhaps when the page is submitted it sets a flag in the
filesystem or db and a cron job works on the data entered. The main page
then reloads and checks the flag.. (actually, that might be how the
hidden frame thing would work too..)
